3. Pricing and Payment
We offer cash-on-delivery within Dhaka. For orders outside Dhaka, full payment is required in advance. Payments can be made through our official Bkash number: +8801406735599, +8801753461857 (Agent Number). Delivery charges apply based on the delivery location.
4. Delivery Policy
We deliver across Bangladesh. Within Dhaka, orders typically arrive in 2-3 business days, and for areas outside Dhaka, delivery may take 5-7 working days. Delivery charges are 50 Taka within Dhaka and 150 Taka for other areas. While we do not usually offer free delivery or discounts, special offers may be available on our official channels.
5. Complaints and Customer Service
Our customer service team is available from 8 AM to 9 PM to assist with any queries or issues. We are committed to resolving complaints promptly while keeping you informed throughout the process.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
Customers are encouraged to inspect their products upon delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product to the delivery person on the spot. Once the product is accepted, no returns or exchanges will be allowed.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after receiving a return request, and an update will be provided within 7-10 working days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. For delivered orders, refunds will be processed minus delivery charges, service fees, and a 1.85% processing fee.
8. Error Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate information on our website, errors regarding product descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur. American Wellness Center reserves the right to correct these errors without prior notice, even after an order has been placed.

৩. মূল্য নির্ধারণ এবং অর্থ প্রদান

- ডেলিভারি নীতি
আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি করি। ঢাকার মধ্যে, অর্ডার সাধারণত 2-3 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পৌঁছায় এবং ঢাকার বাইরের এলাকার জন্য, ডেলিভারি করতে 5-7 কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে। ঢাকার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি চার্জ 50 টাকা এবং অন্যান্য এলাকার জন্য 150 টাকা। যদিও আমরা সাধারণত বিনামূল্যে ডেলিভারি বা ছাড় দিই না, আমাদের অফিসিয়াল চ্যানেলগুলিতে বিশেষ অফার পাওয়া যেতে পারে।
- অভিযোগ এবং গ্রাহক পরিষেবা
আমাদের গ্রাহক পরিষেবা দল যেকোনো প্রশ্ন বা সমস্যা সমাধানে সহায়তা করার জন্য সকাল 8 টা থেকে রাত 9 টা পর্যন্ত উপলব্ধ। আমরা প্রক্রিয়া জুড়ে আপনাকে অবহিত রাখার পাশাপাশি অভিযোগগুলি দ্রুত সমাধান করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।

গ্রাহকদের ডেলিভারির সময় তাদের পণ্য পরিদর্শন করতে উৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে। আপনি যদি সন্তুষ্ট না হন, তাহলে আপনি পণ্যটি ঘটনাস্থলেই ডেলিভারি ব্যক্তিকে ফেরত দিতে পারেন। পণ্যটি গৃহীত হলে, কোনও ফেরত বা বিনিময় অনুমোদিত হবে না।
৭. ফেরত নীতি
রিটার্ন অনুরোধ পাওয়ার পর ২-৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে এবং ৭-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে একটি আপডেট প্রদান করা হবে। রিফান্ড মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে জারি করা হবে। ডেলিভারি করা অর্ডারের জন্য, রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে ডেলিভারি চার্জ, পরিষেবা ফি এবং ১.৮৫% প্রক্রিয়াকরণ ফি বাদ দিয়ে।
৮. ত্রুটি দাবিত্যাগ
